Senior Production Designer (2010 – 2023)
I worked with the Creative Team on formulary production; marketing collateral for members, clients and employees; email campaign production. Duties included page layout and revisions, photo retouching, presentation work, graphics processing, document accessibility remediation, and much more.
Formularies at first were an intensive process importing XML files into InDesign tables and formatting in a detailed manner. I streamlined that process until the drug lists were generated by a scripted IT program. Then we needed to merge plan prefaces with the provided drug lists, and then remediate them for accessibility compliance.
After about two years under the guidance of a Designer, I designed and produced the AMCP convention posters. Mentored other Production Designers final two years.
